How long does it take to be accepted into the TOU Facebook page?
The amount of time that it takes to be accepted into the Facebook page is dependent on how many people we have requested to join. Our TOU Leadership Team does their best to accept them as quick as possible.
Can I pause my account?
We don’t have a pause option, but you can cancel your account and your progress will be saved. The downfall to this is when you come back you may have to join at a higher subscription rate.
Can I start at any stage?
Your TOU Journey will begin at Stage 1 and you will go through each stage in sequential order.
What do I do once I complete all 7 stages and finished each course?
Upon completing all 7 stages and each course you can then continue to enjoy your exclusive access to our private Facebook community, the monthly life mastery classes, and all of the other bonuses that come along with being a member of TOU.
Is this a dating site?
No, this is not a dating site specifically. We are not against online dating. It is our goal to help prepare you for dating that you may be able to successfully find, date, and marry God’s best person for you.
I am having trouble loading the videos. What should I do?
If I desire to cancel my membership, how do I go about that?
If you desire to cancel your account, please immediately contact us at email@example.com We will respond within 48 business hours. We do not offer refunds after purchasing a month of membership. We will cancel your membership so you are not charged again, and you can finish out the rest of the month which after that your access will be taken away. You can also manually cancel your membership inside the member area under the “my account” area and then just “cancel my account.”
What is the refund policy?
Monthly members have 7 days from the original purchase date to request a refund. You will not receive a refund for the monthly subscription after this but once you cancel you will no longer be charged.
Yearly members have 30 days from the date of original purchase to request a refund. If it is your annual renewal, there are only 7 days to request a refund.
To receive a refund, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are not automatically applied with cancelations. Refunds are only given if you qualify during the refund period. No exceptions.
